Job summary

A leading employment agency in Birmingham is looking for a Driver Care Fleet Adviser. The role involves managing customer service inquiries related to vehicle maintenance and repairs. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service skills, be calm under pressure, and possess good admin capabilities. This temporary ongoing position offers hybrid working with 3 days in office and a pay rate of £12.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs for company vehicles.
  • Assist customers who have broken down and organise recovery.
  • Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles.
  • Schedule additional services as needed.
  • Keep customers updated and elevate concerns when necessary.
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks.

We’re looking for a confident, approachable communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can keep calm under pressure. If you’re great at listening, asking the right questions, and providing exceptional customer service, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:
  • Handle incoming calls from customers arranging service, maintenance, and repairs for company vehicles
  • Assist customers who have broken down and organise recovery promptly
  • Book services with suppliers and arrange courtesy or rental vehicles
  • Schedule additional services as needed
  • Keep customers updated and elevate concerns when necessary
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks
What we’re looking for:
  • Customer service experience (ideally in a contact centre or service environment)
