Job summary

Bupa's Arbrook House Care Home in Esher is seeking a Driver on a bank contract. Shifts are typically 2 hours; local candidates preferred. A full, clean UK driving licence and a friendly, customer-focused approach are essential.

Role includes transporting residents by mini bus, with potential training (Midas) for day trips. Competitive hourly pay (£13.10–£14.10) and DBS check provided. Flexible patterns and uniform provided.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

As a Driver, it's essential that you hold a full, clean UK driving licence and have experience in a customer focused environment. You're polite and courteous with a can‑do approach to your work. Flexible and adaptable, you're a skilled and responsible driver that has an ability to build a trusting relationship with people. First aid trained with previous experience driving groups of people, using wheelchair restraint systems and vehicle tail‑lifts would be an advantage.
