Job summary

Motorclean Ltd in Royston is seeking a Driver/Valeter for a busy car rental site, ensuring vehicles are cleaned and safe between customers.

You will collect and deliver vehicles, clean interiors and exteriors, use a jet washer, vacuum interiors, and complete a safety checklist. The role is outdoors in all weather, with team or solo work, and offers 28 holiday days including bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experienced driver with a valid Full Driving Licence.
• Must have Right to work in UK.
• Experience in cleaning vehicles and interiors.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers.
• Clean vehicles inside and out.
• Use jet washer to clean exterior.
• Dry vehicle exterior and minimise water marks.
• Vacuum vehicle interior.
• Carry out a safety checklist for each vehicle.
• Be polite and helpful with customers at pickups.
• Work well in a team of valeters to complete deliveries.

Job description

Driver/Valeter required at a busy car re ntal site based i n Royston.

Motorclean provide services to Car dealerships and Rental companies across the UK. The purpose of this role is to ensure that ALL rental vehicles are made clean and safe between customers using them.

Pay : £12.71 per hour

Requirements

• Experienced driver with Full Driving Licence
• Must have the Right to work in UK
• Must have Valid Personal UK Bank Account in your own name
• Experience in cleaning

The Role

• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers
• Clean all vehicles inside and out
• Use Jet washer to clean vehicle exterior
• Dry vehicle exterior, ensuring water marks are minimal
• Vacuum Vehicle Interior
• Carry out a safety checklist for each vehicle
• Always be polite and helpful when dealing with customers at pickups
• Work well in a team of valeters to get all vehicles cleaned and delivered.
• Workwear and full PPE
• 28 holiday days (including bank holidays)

This role may involve working outdoors in all weathers, you may be required to work within a team or on your own initiative.
