GBJ FedEx Express UK Transportation Limited in Maidstone is actively seeking drivers for the Linehaul fleet. You will operate a well-maintained vehicle between FedEx locations, with some occasional loading/unloading during day shifts.

Position Summary: We are looking for Drivers to join our team at Maidstone. Whether you are fresh from the test centre or have experience, we want to speak to you! As a FedEx driver within our Linehaul fleet, you’ll be driving a well-maintained vehicle from Station to Hubs with no loading and unloading. There may be some external customers that require unloading/loading on the day shift (not multi-drop). Working hours: 48 per week Shift pattern: to be confirmed Salary: £15.14 per hour. Premia paid for hours worked between 7pm - 10pm (£1.63 per hour), and 10pm - 6am (£1.97 per hour)

What will you be doing?

• Moving freight between FedEx Locations or to our customer’s locations
• Security of the vehicle and freight while in your vehicle
• No multi drop
• Complete procedural checks on your vehicle
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations

What are we looking for?

• A full valid LGV C+E licence along with Driver CPC and Tacho Driver Cards
• Great attitude with the ability to work independently and flexibly
• Good understanding of driving rules and regulations
