Job summary

Speedy are recruiting a Delivery Driver for a 3.5 ton flatbed van based in Kilmarnock. You will deliver hire equipment around the local area, acting as the face of the business and ensuring a smooth, customer-focused service. Flexible hours and a 42-hour week are on offer.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, good local area knowledge, and a proactive, people-oriented approach. Happy to work outdoors in any weather and to uphold ESG commitments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hire equipment around the local area using a 3.5 ton flatbed van.
• Be the face of Speedy and represent the company ethos.
• Ensure timely, safe deliveries and collect equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to support ESG and operational goals.

the role of Delivery Driver is a busy and productive role. You will be driving a 3.5 ton flatbed van, delivering hire equipment around the local area. This role is vital to our operation; you will be the face of our business and a representation of our vision, mission and values.

What you’ll need:

• Driving licence
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Strong customer focus
• Experience driving within the UK
• Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
