Job summary

Randox Health in Glasgow is seeking a part-time Driver to cover our clinic and the 3rd party network across Scotland. You will make trips between Randox Health Clinics and partner sites, collect samples, deliver stock, complete daily vehicle checks, and log mileage to ensure accurate transportation records.

The role requires a full, clean UK driving licence, flexibility, good knowledge of local roads, and effective communication. Right to work in the UK is essential.

Responsibilities

• Make multiple trips daily between Randox Health clinics and laboratories across Scotland.

• Collect stock orders and deliver them to the required site.
• Complete a daily vehicle checklist at the start of each day.
• Record vehicle mileage in the logbook and ensure fuel/Ad Blue levels.
• Adhere to speed limits and road laws.

Working Hours / Shifts

part time, flexible hours between Monday and Sunday.

What does the Driver role involve?

This role is responsible for making trips between our various clinics and sites ensuring that samples are collected / delivered on time. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities:

• Make multiple trips daily between our third-party clinics, Randox Health Clinics and Laboratories.


• Conduct a sample count on each trip and complete required documentation when transporting samples. Witness the accessioning count upon delivery.


• Collect stock orders and deliver them to the required site.


• Complete a daily vehicle checklist at the start of each day.


• Record vehicle milage in the provided logbook.


• Ensure vehicles are filled with the correct fuel and Ad Blue, if required.


• Adhere to all speed limits and road laws.
