In return, we use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van!

So what do we need from you?

You don’t need any previous experience to join our good‑hearted team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!

But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months experience is desirable).
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply. As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

• You’ll be invited to take a tour of the site, giving you the opportunity to meet the team for a question‑and‑answer session, and have a relaxed chat as part of a light‑touch interview.

• Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start!

Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: 40 hours (including paid breaks)

Contracted days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7 working 8‑hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre‑boarding.

Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: This position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Hourly Pay Rates:

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate) £12.78
• Evening Premium (from 6pm) £1.12
• Sunday Day Premium £1.28
• Sunday Evening Premium £2.51
• Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift) £15.98
• Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift) £17.38
