Overview

Join Ocado Logistics as a Customer Service Team Member and play a vital role in delivering top‑quality products on time. Our automated technology pre‑plans routes and pre‑loads vans, allowing you to focus on efficient deliveries, whether it’s weekdays, evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries and other goods to customers while maintaining quality and timeliness.
• Operationalise pre‑planned routes using automated systems.
• Ensure all deliveries comply with safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience (12 months desirable).
• No more than 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.>
• Must be over 18 (some deliveries involve alcohol).
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Contract

• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 40 hours a week (including paid breaks).
• Days: Any 5 days out of 7 with 8‑hour shifts.
• Shifts: AM & PM – start as early as 05:30, finish as late as 12:00.
• Pay: Monthly (lunar) paid, 4‑week cycle.
