Job summary

Mizkan Europe Ltd in London is seeking an ambitious Assistant Brand Manager to join the team at a pivotal moment as we launch a new drinks brand across the UK and Europe. You will work closely with the Senior Brand Manager across Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance and Digital to turn a brand vision into reality, gaining hands-on experience in brand management, innovation and digital marketing.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on launch activations, packaging, artwork and retailer

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years' marketing experience within FMCG.
• Drinks category experience would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• A genuine interest in consumer behaviour, brand building and commercial marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• An understanding of marketing fundamentals including price, promotion, product and place.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the execution of the brand launch plan and annual marketing activities.
• Leading the coordination of samples for internal and external stakeholders.
• Working with Digital teams on social media, website and eCommerce activity.
• Tracking competitor activity and market trends.
• Managing project timelines and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Supporting packaging and artwork development with agencies and internal teams.
• Assisting with retailer presentations, sell-in materials and launch activation plans.
• Managing Brandbank listings and product content.
• Supporting budget tracking and purchase order management.
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
