Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Roofing & Cladding Draughtsman for our client in Oldham. You will produce detailed roofing and cladding drawings using AutoCAD and related software, supporting delivery from design through installation.The role offers £50,000-£55,000 per year, on-site work, and a path for career progression within a growing construction business. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and strong detail orientation is essential.

• Revise and update drawings as projects progress.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Roofing & Cladding Draughtsman to join a growing and well-established construction business based in Oldham. Working on a variety of commercial, industrial, and specialist roofing and cladding projects, you will play a key role in producing accurate technical drawings and supporting project delivery from design through to installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed roofing and cladding drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
• Develop fabrication, construction, and installation drawings.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Roofing & Cladding Draughtsman or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Good understanding of roofing and cladding systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical and construction drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
