Job summary

TLTP Group is recruiting a Teacher of Drama for a secondary school in Luton to start January 2027 on a full-time maternity cover.

You will plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across the secondary age range, foster creativity and confidence, support expressive arts development, and collaborate with colleagues to enrich curriculum and extracurricular activities, while maintaining high behaviour and achievement standards. ECTs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across the secondary age range
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support students to develop their knowledge, creativity and performance skills
• Maintain high expectations of students' behaviour and achievement
• Contribute to the continued development of the Drama and Expressive Arts provision
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school and support extracurricular activities
