Vision for Education is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Drama Teacher to join our teaching team for a secondary school in Wolverhampton. You will deliver engaging drama lessons across KS3- KS4, nurturing students' talents and contributing to the school's performing arts.

The ideal candidate will have QTS or equivalent and a degree in Drama, with recent experience teaching drama at secondary level (KS4/KS5), plus strong communication and classroom management.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Drama or equivalent.
• Experience teaching drama at secondary level (KS4/KS5).
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience directing/producing school plays.

Responsabilités

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging drama lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Develop a diverse drama curriculum with practical and theoretical elements.
• Direct and produce school productions and performances.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create an inclusive, imaginative classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the performing arts.
• Support extracurricular drama and theatre activities.
• Engage in ongoing professional development in drama education.
