A recruitment agency is looking for a motivated Drainage Team Leader to manage site activities involving drainage surveys. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure work is conducted safely and to high standards, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Drainage Team Leader to oversee and support our on-site surveying operations. This position will be responsible for leading a small team carrying out drainage connectivity tasks and ensuring all work is delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule.
As Team Leader, you will manage day-to-day site activities while working hands‑on with the team across a range of drainage surveys, including:
A proactive leader who understands drainage survey work, can motivate a team, and delivers high-quality results under time pressure. Strong communication skills, an organised approach, and the ability to work safely on site are essential.
