Job description

We are recruiting for 5 Team Leaders to join us on a permanent basis, within our Drainage teams in Development Services. Utilising exceptional leadership skills, you will provide support and guidance to your team, inspiring a culture of excellence and developing team members to fulfil their potential. You will champion customer experience using our Make Today Great campaign and have the customer at the heart of everything you do. A key part of this role is to lead a high performing team with direct line management of team members. Providing inspiring leadership, you'll help to create and deliver change, training and development plans, and support your team to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. You will ensure compliance with company procedures, Water UK & Ofwat metrics and challenge yourself to outperform our DMeX goals. Collaborating with other teams you will deliver short, medium and long-term plans to embed a resilient, supportive, performance-based culture across Development Services.

You’ll be a highly motivated, inspiring leader, as well as:

  • Proven experience within a Customer Service environment
