Phosters (FM) Ltd is seeking a skilled Drainage Maintenance Engineer for a mobile role covering various client sites. The successful candidate will perform maintenance duties such as jetting drains, servicing interceptors, and conducting inspections. A focus on teamwork and outdoor work in all conditions is essential, along with the ability to handle blockages and build client relationships.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Drainage Maintenance Engineer to cover planned maintenance activities. Responsibilities include jetting drains, interceptor servicing, pump station inspection, patch lining using crawler units, coding, dealing with dilapidation, cleaning gullies and ACOs, as well as maintaining and repairing urinals and toilets. The ideal candidate will also have experience handling blockages in both internal and external drainage systems in a reactive capacity.
This is a mobile position; therefore, the successful candidate will work across various client sites in different industries, involving travel and occasional overnight stays. The role suits candidates with several years of experience in drainage, environmental compliance, or maintenance sectors. The ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential. Candidates should enjoy outdoor work in all weather conditions and be physically fit, as the role involves heavy lifting and working in confined spaces.
Salary is based on experience and technical ability.
