Fletchers Solicitors Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Drafting Team Leader to join our Costs Department in the UK. Reporting to the Head of Costs Litigation, you will lead the day-to-day management of the Drafting Team and ensure delivery of a first-class costs drafting service across the business.

The role offers hybrid working with the flexibility to work from home and in-office when needed, including locations like Leeds and other offices.
