Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to Doors engineers.
• Log cases to the Technical Helpdesk tool.
• Deliver training to Doors engineers during site visits.
• Create and manage knowledge base articles.
• Ensure compliance with KDB safety standards.
