Job summary

Charity Link is hiring Field Sales Executives to promote the work of national charities through door-to-door fundraising. You’ll receive a guaranteed basic salary of £26,400 with the potential to earn £47,000+ OTE, plus incentives and full training.

You'll engage with members of the public, explain how donations help charities, and sign people up for regular giving or sponsorships. Confidence, resilience and strong communication are essential for success and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door fundraising/sales.
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
• Ability to meet fundraising targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Speak to members of the public to promote donations or sponsorships.
• Engage and inform potential donors about beneficiary work.
• Complete training provided with ongoing coaching and support.

Your Role:

Join one of the country's most successful door-to-door fundraising organisations, speaking to members of the public and signing them up for a regular donation or sponsorship to nationwide charities. We'll provide you with full training, but confidence, resilience and strong communication skills are a must.
