Charity Link is seeking a Field Sales Executive to work exclusively with Dogs Trust, visiting communities, engaging residents, and inviting ongoing monthly donations. You will be part of a permanent sales team, operating outdoors with full training provided and a commitment to performance targets.

You earn a guaranteed basic salary plus uncapped commission with on-target earnings around £47,000, potentially over £50,000 with consistent performance.

• Stay positive and persistent through rejection and tough days.
• Record donor details accurately on a tablet, following data protection standards.
• Travel independently between postcodes.

At Charity Link, we deliver door-to-door sales & fundraising campaigns for some of the UK's most respected charities. In this role, you will be working exclusively with Dogs Trust, representing the charity directly to the public as a permanent member of our sales team.

Role Overview

This is a sales role with a cause at its heart. As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll work exclusively with Dogs Trust, knocking on doors & building relationships with people, inviting them to set up an ongoing monthly donation.

At CharityLink, you get a guaranteed basic salary, so you’re never relying on commission alone. Hit your targets & your commission builds on top, with the potential to earn over £50,000 a year.

You’ll start with full training, followed by guidance from our venues team on where to fundraise. Our venues team have plenty of experience finding lucrative areas to visit, however as you show you can hit your targets consistently, you earn more freedom to shape your own approach.

We’re looking for people who are motivated by earning, care about supporting Dogs Trust & have the resilience to keep pursuing their targets. This is an outdoor role & you’ll be on your feet in all weathers, so we provide the equipment & clothing you need to stay protected.

Salary & Benefits

• Guaranteed basic salary, so you’re never starting from zero
• Uncapped commission: the more you sign up, the more you earn
• On-target earnings of £47,000, with the potential to earn over £50,000 by averaging three sign-ups a day

Working Hours

Full-time, five days a week, with some flexibility around your hours & no requirement to work weekends. As you build a consistent record of hitting target, you’ll have more freedom to shape your days.

Your Area

Our venues team will suggest strong locations while you’re getting up to speed. Once you’ve shown you can hit your targets consistently, you can take more ownership of where you fundraise. Fundraisers can work close to home, but further travel is possible where there’s an opportunity. Mileage is reimbursed beyond 20 miles.

Training & Development

You’ll complete a structured training programme, followed by continuous support. All equipment, including uniform, tablet & fundraising materials, is supplied.
