Caravan Southbank in London is seeking an exceptional Door Host to start guests with a warm welcome and create memorable first impressions. You’ll own the door, manage queues and contribute to a vibrant team-driven guest experience from day one.

Join a new two-floor restaurant with multiple bars and lots of opportunity to make your mark. The role emphasizes hospitality, energy, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to every guest.

This November,we’re opening our tenth, and biggest Caravan at the Southbank. And we’relooking for an exceptional Door Host who knows how to kick things off with anawesome hello & can awe from the very first impression! We’re after someonekind, confident, high-energy and genuinely passionate about what they do.Someone who knows how to own a wait list, manage a queue and gets a kick out workingin a team to give everyone who walks through the door, the best experiencepossible.

You’ll be joiningCaravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars andplenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.

The role

As Door Host, you’llwork with all departments to make sure every guest’s journey runs beautifully wheneveryou’re in the building. That means engaging in the Caravan culture, hospitality,adding special moments, and making sure every one of your guests that leavesthe restaurant has the best experience possible.
