We are now looking for a Full time PAYE Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer! COMPANY VAN AND FUEL CARD PROVIDED

Responsibilities
  • Servicing and maintenance of access control/door entry systems such as Pac, Entrotec
  • Replacing handsets
  • Replacing panels
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults
  • Providing the highest level of customer care and always promoting a good external perception of the company
  • Complying with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of our service
  • Producing reporting on time and to agreed standards
  • Adhering to the company’s quality management system and recycle correctly and responsibly
Qualifications
  • UK Driving License (required)
  • Experience in the installation, configuration and maintenance of access control and door entry systems
Experience
  • At least 1 year’s experience in Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance
  • Experience working with Entrotec and PAC products
  • Experience working in social housing
Skills
  • Basic IT skills

Schedule
  • Monday - Friday 08:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break

Role details

Our Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer role will consist of duties for public sector & commercial clients. We offer a prompt and high-quality service and provide a tailored service to meet our customers’ premises. The role involves working in both the social housing sector as well as some commercial properties. You will report to the Contracts Manager and be the first point of contact between the business and our client. You must have good written and oral communication skills and a high level of technical knowledge across the fire industry, acting as an ambassador to position the company’s reputation as a leading and respected employer.
