Overview

Roche Home Care are looking to recruit a Care Support member to work with our Domiciliary team around the following areas:

  • Birkenshaw
  • Birstall
  • Gomersal
  • Heckmondwike
  • Cleckheaton
  • Hightown
  • Scholes
  • Liversedge
  • Dewsbury
  • Shawcross
Salary

From £12.41 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £12.75 per hour (Saturday and Sunday).

Hours & Shift Details

Full‑time or part‑time can be available either 7:00‑13:30 pm, 15:00‑10:00 pm or both as a split shift. Weekends may be required. The rota is 2‑weekly.

Car Ownership

Car owner/drivers essential. Travel time between calls and mileage are paid from the start of shift to the end.

Qualifications
  • Diploma level 2/3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or willingness to work toward it.
  • Experience is beneficial but not essential. If you do not hold an NVQ, we will support you in achieving it, with thorough induction and training.
  • Honesty and integrity, good observational skills, and an ability to stay calm in a crisis.
  • Punctuality and a good attendance record.
  • Satisfactory DBS disclosure and checking against the independent safeguarding authority list.
