Job summary

A leading optometry service provider in Scotland is seeking a Domiciliary Optometrist. This role allows you to provide high-quality eye care directly to patients in care homes. Enjoy a supportive environment and excellent work-life balance with no evening or weekend shifts. Ideal candidates will have GOC registration and a minimum of 1 year post-qualified experience. A competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000 plus bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• GOC registration and appropriate OPL/Health board registration.
• Minimum of 1 year post-qualified experience.
• Strong understanding of NHS guidelines and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough sight tests for patients unable to visit high street practices.
• Provide expert advice on eye health and eyewear.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
