Specsavers is seeking a domiciliary optometrist to bring high-quality eye care to patients at home across assigned territories in Scotland. You’ll drive to patients, conduct eye examinations, prescribe solutions, and support routine eye health in the community.

Based on the east coast, covering areas such as Edinburgh, Livingstone, Haddington, Peebles, Galashiels etc, you’ll cover a given territory, providing care to patients in their own homes.

We do need you to have a couple of things to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need to be registered as a member of the General Optical Council (keeping this up to date) and you must have a full driving license. You’ll also need to be confident, passionate about providing the best customer service and be comfortable working by yourself and as part of a team.
