Job summary

Care First 24 is seeking compassionate Domiciliary Support workers to join our Hertfordshire rota team, delivering tailored care to clients in their own homes. You will support daily living activities and healthcare tasks in a community setting. Candidates should have 2 years' experience in health or social care, fluent English, strong communication, and problem solving. Driving licence is preferred; shifts include 7am-10pm, Mon-Sun, 12 hour shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in health or social care
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Good communication and problem solving skills
• Driving licence preferred
• Commitment to quality care and support

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to clients in their own homes
• Assist with hoist manual handling where required
• Administer medications as directed and document administration
• Take accurate notes and log information about care provided
