Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients' health conditions.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
• Keep accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care coordinator.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Respond promptly to clients' needs and emergencies.
• Travel to various locations within Leigh and surrounding areas to provide care.
