Job Title: Domiciliary Care Manager (Home & Community Care)

Location: Moray & North Aberdeenshire (Elgin base, travel across service areas)

Salary: £35,074 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: Full-time, 35.5 hrs/week

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day domiciliary/home care operations.
• Manage care teams, ensure regulatory compliance (CIS, SSSC).
• Oversee care plans, safeguarding, quality improvement, and service delivery.
• Budget management and workforce planning.
• Serve as main point for right-to-work checks.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification (e.g., Level5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care or equivalent).
• Experience in domiciliary care management or Community Nursing or social work.
• Strong knowledge of UK adult social care regulations.
• Leadership, governance, and communication skills.
• CEFR B1 English proficiency (for overseas applicants).
