Responsibilities
- Accept care packages and assign care workers to service users appropriately.
- Produce care workers’ rotas and ensure that the service user’s care plan and care worker files are complete.
- Use electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers’ attendance and visit timeliness.
- Arrange care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor.
- Conduct telephone monitoring and service user visits, ensuring service quality.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Support the HR team in recruiting care workers and manage care worker supervision.
- Represent the company at meetings with officials and service commissioners.
- Attend training events and keep skills and knowledge of industry best practice up to date.
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and maintain the highest standards of care at all times.
- Manage the smooth running of visits to our clients as a key role in the company.

Experience & Skills – Care Coordinator
- At least one year of experience as a Care Coordinator in a domiciliary care company or agency.
- Level 2 Diploma for Health and Social Care (QCF).
- Familiarity with Care Planner or other relevant software.
- Previous experience as a care worker.
