Recruiting for an experienced care co-ordinator in homecare.
Office and field based position, to manage the service of care of people in there own homes providing quality of living and independence for service users.
Required to plan and maintain staff rota and manage team of staff.
Strong communication skills needed to work with other healthcare professionals including social workers and GP's.
Have responsibility to cover care calls as and when needed i.e staff sickness.
Requirement to be on call on weekends as well as weekdays.
Maintain service satisfaction dealing with any complaints effectively through company procedure.
Conduct spot checks and manage staff skill set by maintaining and updating staff training.
Manage and maintain the recruitment and selection of staff effectively.
