Job description

Responsibilities

• Recruiting for an experienced care co-ordinator in homecare.
• Office and field based position, to manage the service of care of people in there own homes providing quality of living and independence for service users.
• Required to plan and maintain staff rota and manage team of staff.
• Strong communication skills needed to work with other healthcare professionals including social workers and GP's.
• Have responsibility to cover care calls as and when needed i.e staff sickness.
• Requirement to be on call on weekends as well as weekdays.
• Maintain service satisfaction dealing with any complaints effectively through company procedure.
• Conduct spot checks and manage staff skill set by maintaining and updating staff training.
• Manage and maintain the recruitment and selection of staff effectively.
