Overview

37.5 Hours Per Week / Any 5 Days over 7. Shift times: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 07:00-15:00. Salary: £14.03 per hour. Location: Royal Stoke Hospital. What You’ll Do
  • Lead and motivate a dedicated cleaning team, coordinating daily tasks and activities.
  • Plan and oversee cleaning operations to maintain a sterile and safe environment, including desks, walls, ceilings, vents, blinds, and other surfaces.
  • Ensure patient rooms, communal areas, restrooms, and hospital wards are kept to the highest hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all employees across the facility.
  • Adhere to all company, client, and legal health & safety procedures, including COSHH, hygiene, cleanliness, and fire safety.
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of cleaning staff to build a high-performing team.
