The Opportunity

A leading client of mine in West Yorkshire is seeking experienced Domestic Registered Building Inspectors (Class 2A+) to join their Building Control team on a long‑term contract basis.

This role is domestic‑focused, offering the opportunity to work across a wide variety of residential projects. For RBI’s with higher classifications, there is also the flexibility to work on more complex schemes.

The position features a flexible hybrid setup, with minimal office presence required — typically just one morning per week before heading out on site. The rest of your time can be spent working remotely and conducting site inspections.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team, develop your expertise in domestic building control, and secure a stable long‑term contract.
