Qualifications

• Level 2 Plumbing qualification required.
• Experience with 1st and 2nd fix plumbing in domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Attention to detail and a can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to diagnose and repair plumbing issues.
• Work independently for much of the day and provide high‑quality repairs.
• Represent the company in customers' homes with a friendly, professional manner.
• Access to training and field coaches for ongoing development.
