Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join a property maintenance team supporting social housing properties across Leeds and the surrounding areas. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, repairs, and installations, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory standards. The position also requires flexibility to undertake minor multi-trade tasks where required, contributing to the overall upkeep and safety of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, assess, and diagnose plumbing issues within residential properties
  • Carry out routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including leaks, taps, toilets, and pipework
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, fittings, and associated systems in line with current regulations
  • Work on unvented hot water systems in compliance with G3 requirements
  • Undertake minor general maintenance tasks as required, including basic carpentry, painting, and patch plastering
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and follow-up actions
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management
