Job summary

Runwood Homes Limited seeks a Domestic Assistant to join the care home's support services team. You will maintain high cleanliness standards, perform housekeeping duties including laundry, keep residents' rooms tidy, and make beds as needed. A good team player with proactive, flexible approach is valued.

Shift patterns include 8am-2pm, 8am-4pm, and every other weekend. Comprehensive induction and ongoing training are provided to support career development.

About the role:

As a Domestic Assistant, you will be a member of the support services team. Your main Domestic Assistant responsibilities will be to maintain the cleanliness of specific areas within the care home to the highest standards. This includes carrying out housekeeping duties efficiently and in a timely manner. Your daily tasks as a Domestic Assistant may involve working in the laundry, ensuring residents' rooms are clean and organised, and making beds when necessary. It is important to have good teamwork skills in this role.
