Job summary

MarkMay is seeking an experienced Gas Install Manager for a permanent role in Epsom. You will lead Gas Engineers in the install department, ensuring regulatory and company standards are met and driving quality compliance for tenants and clients.

The ideal candidate will be ACS Gas Safe registered with experience in social housing, plus managerial experience, a clean DBS, and a valid driver's license. The position includes company benefits and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Gas Engineers on the install department across the Patches ensuring they comply with regulatory and company standards.
• Manage the team of Gas Install Engineers to ensure they are delivering quality compliance for the tenants and clients.
• Carry out pre, post and in progress inspections and record findings
• Day-to-day support and training of the operatives, both Direct and Sub-Contractors.

A leading contractor has just been awarded more properties from an existing client of theirs and is looking for an experienced Gas Install Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience within the Social Housing Sector and would be looking for a permanent position located in Epsom.

The salary ranges from £50,000 to £55,000 per year.

The Gas Install Manager will be expected to:

• Manage and support the Gas Engineers on the install department across the Patches ensuring they comply with regulatory and company standards.
• Manage the team of Gas Install Engineers to ensure they are delivering quality compliance for the tenants and clients.
• Carry out pre, post and in progress inspections and record findings
