Job summary

Sureserve is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to service and repair domestic heating and hot water systems across our regional client base. The role focuses on ensuring safety, efficiency and satisfaction for residents while meeting health and safety standards.

You'll work a 5-day week, 8am–5pm, with one hour lunch; out-of-hours call-outs may apply. A company vehicle, training support, and a range of staff benefits are provided by Sureserve.

Qualifications

• Gas qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1 are required.
• Out of Hours rota on evenings and weekends is part of the role.
• A friendly, professional attitude to build relationships with clients and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service and maintenance works on domestic heating systems.
• Ensure heating and hot water systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Communicate progress and updates, and complete paperwork.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements and COSHH records.
