Domestic Gas Engineer – RG / OX

Basic salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per year (based on experience). 45‑hour week, full training, van & fuel card, pension.

We are a professional property maintenance and repair company serving residential and commercial clients across the surrounding regions. The company provides a full range of essential home and property services, including plumbing, gas, heating and electrical work, and employs a team of skilled professionals trained and certified to carry out routine maintenance and emergency repairs to a high standard.

As the business expands, we are seeking qualified engineers and plumbers to join our skilled team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and fault‑find on boilers and central heating systems in domestic properties.
  • Service and breakdown domestic gas boilers and central heating systems.
  • Perform gas safety works.
  • Carry out plumbing works.
  • Field‑based, customer‑facing role.
Essential Qualifications / Experience
  • At least 2 years minimum experience in the domestic gas industry.
  • Domestic ACS gas‑safe certified (CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT, CEN1, CPA1).
  • Unvented G3 certified.
  • NVQ in plumbing.
  • Full driver’s licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Must be eligible for security clearance.
Benefits Package
  • Basic salary: £30,000 – £45,000, depending on experience, ability and additional trades.
  • Working week: 45 hours, 8 am – 5 pm.
  • On‑call rota: alternate weekends (2 days off in the week when worked).
  • Overtime available.
  • Annual pay review, calculated via performance and job completion.
  • Holiday days: 20 + bank holidays.
