Job summary

Riverside is seeking a Gas Engineer to carry out a range of gas work on housing stock, ensuring safety and compliance with The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 as amended. You will work to maintain gas appliances and installations, safeguard service users, and uphold Riverside’s service standards in London and Kent.

• Qualified to City and Guilds/ Gas Service Engineer standard and hold appropriate ACS certification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out gas work to housing stock ensuring gas appliances and installations are safe for continued use.
• Provide a comprehensive gas maintenance and installation service within domestic premises in line with regulations and procedures.
• Maintain paperwork and electronic data records for audit and invoicing purposes.
• Attend meetings and training to keep up-to-date knowledge and skills.
• Adopt a professional manner when communicating with service users and clients to maintain a positive image of Riverside.
