Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to undertake PPM and reactive works, respond to helpdesk requests, and supervise contractor works to meet client standards. The role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a focus on safety and compliance.

You'll hold CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1 qualifications, a valid Gas Safe Registration, ECS/CSCS card, and a Full UK driving licence. ECS/CSCS essential. Apply to join a leading FM provider with growth opportunities.

• Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation

About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00

• T o undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.
• To provide a callout response for the client as detailed on the callout rota.
• To undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.
• To ensure equipment and surrounding area conform to agreed company standards.
• To evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.
• Working in a safe manner at all times, complying with current Health & Safety legislation

Key Hiring Criteria:

• Previous experience working within Facilities Management.
• Full clean driving licence
• ECS/CSCS card is essential.
• Valid and in date Gas Safe Registration and card

• CCN1 (Core Domestic Gas Safety)
