As a Domestic Energy Assessor, you'll be the face of Access Legal Bricks, creating exceptional customer experiences whilst delivering vital energy assessments that help shape sustainable futures.
You'll manage your own schedule through our Legal Bricks Platform, taking ownership of customer relationships from initial contact through to completion. Every property visit becomes an opportunity to represent our brand with professionalism, courtesy, and genuine care for our clients' needs. Your daily impact involves completing approximately 40 instructions per week, ensuring each customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence whilst building trust and confidence in our services.
You’ll work collaboratively with our admin team, ensuring smooth coordination when challenges arise, and maintain our commitment to timely service delivery by submitting completed work within 24 hours and uploading EPCs promptly to our platform. Every assessment you complete helps property owners make informed decisions about energy efficiency, contributing to a more sustainable future whilst delivering the reliable, professional service that makes Access Legal Bricks a trusted partner.
