Job summary

A leading housing association is seeking an experienced domestic electrician for a position covering Burton and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will assist with repairs and maintenance in housing association properties, conduct electrical tests, and hold relevant qualifications, including the 18th Edition and a Level 3 NVQ or City and Guilds. This temporary to permanent role offers a pay rate of £22-£23 per hour and includes van and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day and reactive repairs in domestic properties.
• Carry out second fix electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct socket changes, fan wiring, and fuse board changes.
