We're looking for a hands‑on Cleaning Manager to oversee our cleaning operations across Edinburgh Academy Senior and Junior Schools. This is not an office‑based role - you'll be actively involved in the day‑to‑day delivery of a high‑quality cleaning service, working closely with your team to ensure our sites are maintained to the highest standards.
As Cleaning Manager, you'll support the Contract Manager in delivering a professional, safe, and efficient cleaning service across both school sites. You'll lead, motivate, and develop a team of around 20 staff, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to specification and on schedule. You'll be visible on site every day - monitoring standards, conducting audits, training team members, and stepping in where needed to ensure smooth operations.
