Job summary

Diamond Home Support is actively recruiting reliable cleaners in the Whitehaven area on a self-employed basis. You will join a thriving local business with regular weekly or fortnightly clients and the freedom to set your own hours and locations.

We offer £15.00 per hour, insurance coverage, and support from the local Diamond Home Support office. There is no evening or weekend work required, and you work with the same clients each week.

Qualifications

• Self-employed status is required.
• At least one year of domestic cleaning (or similar) experience.
• Must provide two references.
• Drive and have access to a car.
• Ideally live in or near the Whitehaven area.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchens and bathrooms.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop/steam floors.
• Polish and general tidying.
• Clean internal windows and other household surfaces.

We offer regular domestic cleaning work with the same clients each week, at times and locations that suit you.

Typical Duties

• Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping/steaming floors
• Polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning internal windows and other household surfaces

Requirements

• Work on a self-employed basis
• Have at least one year’s experience in domestic cleaning (or similar)
• Be able to provide two references
• Drive and have access to a car
• Ideally live in or near the Whitehaven area

We also welcome cleaners who already run their own small business and would like additional clients to top up their cleaning round. At least one year of domestic cleaning experience, two references, full UK driving licence and access to a car.
