Job summary

Diamond Home Support is seeking reliable, self-employed domestic cleaners to service King’s Lynn and surrounding areas. You’ll work with regular clients, creating a predictable weekly schedule and returning to the same homes on agreed days and times.

You set your available days and hours, deciding which areas you cover. The role offers daytime work with no evenings or weekends and insurance provided for your cleaning tasks, with office support from your local Diamond Home Support team.

Qualifications

• Self-employed status required.
• At least 1 year of domestic cleaning experience preferred.
• Be able to provide two references.
• Have a driving licence and access to your own car.
• Ideally live in or near King's Lynn.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen surfaces and appliances.
• Clean bathrooms, showers and toilets.
• Dust furniture and surfaces.
• Polish surfaces and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpets and floors.

Diamond Home Support has opportunities for reliable, self-employed domestic cleaners in King's Lynn. We introduce you to local households looking for regular cleaning, allowing you to build a working week around the days and hours that suit you.Most clients require an ongoing weekly or fortnightly cleaning service. You will generally return to the same home on the same agreed day and at the same time, helping you create a predictable local cleaning round.

What the Role Offers:

• £14.00 per hour, paid directly to you by each client.
• Regular domestic cleaning clients in and around King's Lynn.
• Insurance provided for the cleaning work you carry out.
• Freedom to choose your available days and hours.
• Decide which areas you are prepared to cover.
• Daytime work with no evenings or weekends required.
• Support from your local Diamond Home Support office.

Typical Cleaning Tasks:

• Cleaning kitchen surfaces and appliances.
• Cleaning bathrooms, showers and toilets.
• Dusting furniture and household surfaces.
• Polishing.
• Vacuuming carpets and floors.
• Mopping or steam cleaning hard floors.
• Cleaning internal windows.

What We Look For:

• Work on a self-employed basis.
• At least one year of previous domestic cleaning experience or similar is preferred.
• Be able to provide two references.
• Have a driving licence and access to your own car.
• Ideally live in or close to King's Lynn.

Cleaners who already have their own cleaning clients are also welcome to apply for additional regular work to fill gaps in their existing schedule. At least one year of domestic cleaning or similar experience preferred, two references, a driving licence and access to a car.
