A prominent healthcare organization in Wales is seeking a Soft Facilities Assistant to join their team. The role involves general cleaning duties and providing support in the hospital setting. Candidates should have good communication skills and be willing to learn. Training in food safety will be provided. This position offers 30 hours of work per week on a flexible rota including weekends. Knowledge of Welsh is desirable, but not essential.

We are looking for self‑motivated individuals who will work as part of a team and on their own. The candidate will play an active role within the support team; the main duties of the post include general cleaning of ward/departmental areas of the hospital.
We offer a full induction, followed by an extensive training program in which the successful candidates will be trained in all aspects of the service and will be required to use a variety of cleaning equipment and obtain the Food Safety Level 2 Award which is provided in‑house.
Contracted hours available are 30 per week working shifts ranging from 07:00 to 19:00 on a rota basis to include weekends and Bank Holiday working.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
