Job summary

Avante Care & Support Ltd seeks a Domestic Assistant to join Northbourne Court, our residential care home, on relief hours with alternate weekends. The role focuses on domestic cleaning to create a clean, homely environment for residents.

We are looking for a Domestic Assistant - Relief hours at our residential care home Northbourne Court. The positions will include working alternate weekends. The successful applicants will be required to carry out activities in relation to the domestic cleaning of the home. This involves providing a clean and homely environment to meet the resident's needs and wishes.

Main Duties

• Cleaning of the home, in such a way to minimise any disruption to daily living of residents.
• Making and changing beds.
• Cleaning of resident's equipment's, aids and appliances.
• Collection, washing and ironing of resident's laundry.
