A leading health organization in Wales is seeking Domestic Assistants to ensure high standards of cleanliness in community and acute hospitals. The role offers on-the-job training and includes various responsibilities such as monitoring cleaning supplies and carrying out sanitation tasks. Applicants should be motivated and customer-focused, with a desire to make a difference. Welsh speakers are encouraged to apply.
We currently have opportunities in our Domestic Services Department for enthusiastic, motivated individuals. The Domestic Services team have responsibility for ensuring that standards of environmental cleanliness are maintained and we are seeking additional Domestic Assistants to carry out these duties within our Community and Acute hospitals and settings. Previous experience of working within the cleaning industry will be beneficial but it is not essential as the successful candidates will receive on the job training and supervision.
The Health Board offers excellent working conditions including a generous entitlement of paid holiday, enhanced pay for weekend working and an opportunity to join the Superannuation Pension Scheme.

Rates of pay are £12.60 per hour, with enhanced rates for work undertaken on Nights/Saturday (£17.76 per hour) and Sunday (£23.06 per hour).
