Domestic Assistant 12 hrs PW

As a Domestic Assistant you are the key to the hygienic and safe environment in which our residents live. You enjoy maintaining a pristine environment for the comfort and safety of our residents, visitors and staff. You may not have experience as a domestic cleaner but with all the right qualities and interest we will provide full training and welcome to our team

About the role

A Domestic Assistant will:

• carry out all of their duties to ensure that we always provide a high level of cleanliness
• You will understand the cleaning requirements of differing communal and individual locations in the home along with the equipment and the properties of cleaning materials required to fulfil the tasks.
• You will develop positive relationships with residents, staff, residents’ families and visitors’
• Help to support residents to maintain their independence and sense of value
• Work safely within company policies, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
• Your caring nature and positive attitude, will allow you to give the best possible service to the residents in our care
• As a team player working well with others you enjoy communication, provide the energy and hard work needed for a changing environment.
