Job summary

A family-run care service located in Moneymore is looking for a dedicated individual to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The role involves ensuring each facility's cleanliness, staying updated with relevant policies, personal development through training, and reporting any incidents. The ideal candidate should possess basic numeracy and literacy skills, awareness of safety regulations, and have suitable references. Previous experience is a plus but not necessary.

Qualifications

• Have 2 suitable references.
• Be eligible to work in the UK.
• Previous experience is desirable but not essential.

Job description

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and tidiness of the service and laundry causing minimal disruption to our service users and their care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are upheld in each facility.
• Keep up-to-date with any changes to policies, procedures or regulations that affect the service.
• Take responsibility for personal development and attendance at training both mandatory and service specific.
• Report any incidents of abuse, mistreatment or non-compliance within the service to the Service Manager or next available management level.
