Overview

Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust is recruiting for a Domestic Assistant based at Ludlow Hospital. Working as a Domestic Assistant you will be maintaining the high levels of cleanliness throughout the hospital, whilst adhering to relevant policies and procedures.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is reliable, flexible, well organised, self‑motivated, has good interpersonal communication skills and is able to work effectively alone and as part of a team. Please note this vacancy may close early if a high volume of applications is received, we advise you submit your application early to avoid disappointment.

Responsibilities
  • Completing cleaning schedules on a daily basis.
  • Ensuring the correct use of mechanical cleaning equipment.
  • Ensuring stock is maintained, ensure the correct use of cleaning materials.

Uniform, as provided, must be worn at all times in the hospital environment and must not be worn to and from work. A high standard of personal hygiene must be obtained.
